About Us
This is a rural real estate appraisal firm with decades of experience in completing high quality real estate appraisals and technical appraisal reviews delivered on time to our clients. The enclosed resume’ describes our experience both as a private appraiser and as an employee of the Minnesota Farm Service Agency. It is important to many of our clients that our appraisals have a long history of being readily accepted by the Farm Service Agency.
My family and I enjoy living and working in a major agriculture area of southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. We live on a farm that has been in my wife’s family since 1867.
